COMPOSITION

TERM OF OFFICE
Each commissioner shall serve for a term of four years or until his successor be appointed and qualified.

OBLIGATION
The Capital Region Airport Commission shall be responsible for the establishment, management and operation of airports and air navigation facilities for the City of Richmond and for the political subdivisions which shall become members of "The Capital Region Airport Commission".
